Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visited. Third-party content

Our contact and location pages embed a Google Maps frame so you can see where we are and get directions. Google may set cookies or collect usage data through that embed under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We load the map lazily, so it is only requested if you scroll to it.

How quote form submissions are handled

Because this site is served as static files, form submissions are sent directly from your browser to a form-handling service, which forwards them to us. That service processes the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet ordinary business, warranty and tax record-keeping requirements. If you would like your information removed, contact us and we will do it.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and consent to contact, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
